{"id":25806,"date":"2023-04-17T11:21:06","date_gmt":"2023-04-17T09:21:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nutribien.fr\/?p=25806"},"modified":"2023-04-18T11:24:18","modified_gmt":"2023-04-18T09:24:18","slug":"salade-de-lentilles-vertes-tomates-et-avocat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nutribien.fr\/?p=25806","title":{"rendered":"Salade de lentilles vertes, tomates et avocat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tasse de lentilles vertes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tasses d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 petite tomate coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 avocat coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 petit oignon rouge hach\u00e9 finement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre balsamique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sel et poivre noir fra\u00eechement moulu, au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Persil frais hach\u00e9, pour la garniture (facultatif)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Instructions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rincer les lentilles sous l&rsquo;eau froide et les \u00e9goutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une casserole, porter l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajouter les lentilles et r\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 moyen-doux. Laisser mijoter les lentilles pendant environ 20-25 minutes, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient tendres mais encore fermes. \u00c9goutter et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer les lentilles refroidies, la tomate, l&rsquo;avocat et l&rsquo;oignon rouge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un petit bol, fouetter l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le jus de citron, le vinaigre balsamique, le sel et le poivre. Verser la vinaigrette sur la salade et m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement pour bien enrober tous les ingr\u00e9dients sans \u00e9craser les lentilles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garnir avec du persil frais hach\u00e9, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.
