Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis r\u00e9duire le feu et laisser mijoter pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;eau soit absorb\u00e9e et que la quinoa soit tendre. Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer les poivrons, le concombre et la menthe fra\u00eeche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la quinoa cuite dans le bol et bien m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer le jus de citron frais, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le sel et le poivre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la vinaigrette soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser la vinaigrette sur la salade de quinoa et m\u00e9langer le tout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servir frais en d\u00e9corant de persil et profiter de cette d\u00e9licieuse salade !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette est une excellente source de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la quinoa, qui contient \u00e9galement des fibres, des vitamines et des min\u00e9raux.
